This web page is dedicated to Motorola's entry into the High Definition Decoder - Set Top Box Market. Unfortunately, at least for now, this is only available to be rented through your local cable provider. There are a couple of versions of these boxes:

DCT6200	The next generation box, which is the replacement for the 5100	DVI & Firewire 800 MIPS 64MB DRAM Better Video	Available as of late 03' / early 04'
DCT6208	Based on the 6200 Platform this is a SINGLE tuner Digital Video Recorder 80GB HDD	Same as 6200 80 GB Seagate Hard Drive	started being tested since late 03' --- should be more readily available sometime in the 2nd & 3rd qtr 04'
DCT6412	Same as 6408 except with a 120GB HDD	Assumed to be the same as 6408 120 GB Maxtor Hard Drive	This is the upgrade for the 6208 available in the Fall of 04'
